Returns & Claims Policy

We want you to love every part of your Pass the Popcorn experience. If something’s gone wrong with your order, we’re here to help.

You can make a claim for:

  • Items damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect items received

  • Faulty products

Please contact us at orders@passthepopcorn.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your order. This timeframe helps us lodge a claim with our delivery partners if needed.

Claims made after 24 hours may not be eligible if damage occurred in transit.

If you’ve received a faulty product, it must be returned unopened within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, we’ll happily:

  • Send out a replacement at no extra cost, or

  • Provide a full refund — as long as the product is returned in full. We’ll cover return shipping in this case.

If the returned items are found to be not faulty, undamaged, or match what was originally ordered, we’ll return them to you — but you’ll need to cover the shipping cost.

Please note:

  • We don’t offer refunds for food items that have been opened, tampered with, or if you’ve had a change of mind or simply don’t like the flavour.
